Founder and CEO of Hispana Realizada and the Hispana Realizada Foundation, Marcela Arenas has been an entrepreneur for over 35. She has started 3 successful companies, she has been a business coach, consultant, and personal development mentor and is a sought after international speaker, published author, radio & podcast host.

A native of Colombia and came to the U.S. 30 years ago. She strongly believes that “if you can dream it, you can do it”. Having experienced first-hand the challenges Hispanic women business owners face, she has a strong passion to help Hispanic women business owners thrive. Being a Hispanic women empowerment advocate has allowed Marcela to be a voice for women who cannot speak for themselves, who are desperately seeking to improve their lives and change their current situation.

Marcela has a master’s degree in business administration and an undergraduate degree in social communication. In addition, she has a certificate as a Business Instructor for Cultural Diversity, from the London International House, a certified Blue Ocean Strategy Strategist, Professional Coach, Personal Branding, and Online Identity Development Specialist. Marcela is an avid tennis player and resides in the metro Atlanta area of Georgia.
