Marcela Arenas is a dynamic Hispanic Women Empowerment Expert and Influential Latina Leader with over 35 years of experience as entrepreneur, coach and consultant in entrepreneurship, marketing, branding and personal development. She’s a Social Entrepreneur, Marketing & Branding Expert, as well as a Renowned International Speaker, Published Author, Radio & Podcast Host.

A Colombian native who immigrated to the U.S. 30 years ago, Marcela is a constant seeker of excellence who strongly believes that “if you can dream it, you can do it. She has a strong passion to serve Hispanic women so they can thrive, become business leaders and have a big impact in their communities.

She is the Founder and President of Hispana Realizada, an online community dedicated to inspiring, empowering, and offering the knowledge and tools necessary for Hispanic immigrant women to achieve success through personal and professional development. Under Marcela’s leadership as Hispana Realizada’s CEO, the organization has established a strong community presence, has gained visibility and establish a solid reputation in the community.

Being a Hispanic women empowerment advocate allows Marcela to be a voice for women who cannot speak for themselves and are desperately seeking to improve their lives and change their current situation through learning, entrepreneurship, community, mentorship, and personal development.

Marcela has a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing plus a degree in social communication. In addition, she holds an extensive list of certifications, including London International House Business Instructor for Cultural Diversity, Blue Ocean Strategy Strategist, Professional Coach, and Personal Branding and Online Identity Development Specialist. Marcela resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
